Call usage is calculated in whole minutes from the inception of the call in our systems through its completion. For example, If you expect around 50 calls per month, and each call lasts between 3 to 5 minutes, your estimated usage would range from 150 to 250 minutes. We calculate usage in whole minutes from the moment a call begins in our system until it ends. If your plan includes 200 minutes and you go over, any extra minutes will be billed based on your package’s overage rates.
